Data Deletion Instructions

You can request deletion of personal information held by Madar Labs for AI, including information associated with connected WhatsApp Business, Facebook Messenger, or Instagram accounts and restaurant customer messages.

Our restaurant platform and Meta integrations are in development. These instructions also apply to information you have already shared with Madar through our website or services.

Submit a deletion request

1. Email hello@madar.eg with the subject Data deletion request.
2. Tell us whether you are a restaurant account administrator or a customer, and identify the Madar service or restaurant involved.
3. Include the email address, business account or Page identifier, Instagram username, or WhatsApp number associated with the information you want deleted, as applicable. Provide only the details needed to locate your information.
4. Describe the information you want deleted, such as a connected business account, customer messages, or related order information.

Do not send passwords, access tokens, payment-card details, or identity documents with your initial request.

What happens next

We may ask for limited additional information to verify your identity or your authority to act for a restaurant and locate the relevant records. We will reply by email to confirm the outcome or explain any information needed to proceed. You can follow up on the same email thread to ask about the status of your request.

Once verified, we will delete the relevant information held by Madar unless we are legally required to retain it. If an exception applies, we will explain the reason and limit retention to that purpose.

Deleting information held by Madar does not delete your Meta account or copies independently held by Meta or the restaurant. Customers can also contact the restaurant directly about its records.

Disconnect a Meta business account

Restaurant administrators can revoke Madar’s permissions through the relevant Meta account’s settings. This stops future access through that authorization. To delete information already received by Madar, also submit the email request described above.
