Madar was founded and officially incorporated in Egypt in May 2026. We’re building a technology company focused on AI agents, automated workflows, and software systems that help businesses operate in new ways.
Our starting point is the work businesses do every day. Information moves between systems, decisions wait for follow-up, and people carry the context that keeps everything running. We see an opportunity to build software that connects these pieces and takes on more of the routine work.
We believe the next generation of business systems will work across tools, act within clear boundaries, and involve people when their judgment is needed. Making that useful in practice starts with understanding how each business works.
Incorporation marks the beginning of this work for Madar. We’re starting with real operational problems and building toward systems that are dependable, understandable, and useful to the people working with them.
